Shipping Information

Raelee's Creations ships to the 50 United States. To keep our shipping costs as low as possible, we ship UPS Ground. Rates are per order/weight, and are not dependent on how many items you order, or how much they cost. All continental United States shipments will be via UPS. Once in while, if the order is small or light weight, we may ship by USPS Priority Mail.

Please enter addresses carefully. Orders which are returned to us because recipient was not available and/or packages refused without being delivered may be accessed a $10 shipping fee.

Are crafts in stock?

We pride ourselves in stocking every item we make and sell. At Raelee's Creations, we work to keep our website up to date with our inventory levels. When we sell out of inventory on an item, we acknowledge the items lead time.

When will my order ship?

Because most of our items are custom made they will ship as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the approximate date of shipment shortly after we receive your order. If we are out of stock, we will let you know the approximate date your item will be able to ship.


When will I receive my order?

When you place your order, you will receive an email with approximate shipping date. When the order ships you will receive an email from UPS showing your tracking information and delivery date.


Will sales tax be added to my order?

No sales tax will be collected.

How long do I have to make a return?

Raelee's Creations gives you a full 14 days to return any items purchased as long as they are still sealed in the original packaging. You will receive credit for the purchase price of the item (shipping charges are not refunded) We replace opened/defective items with the same item only, also within 14 days. We will pay for you to return the defective item back to us.

What do I need to do for a return?

Email us when there is a problem with your order. A customer service representative will respond to your request within 2 business days.

Are there any restrictions or restocking charges?

There is a 15% restocking fee, we are not able to refund shipping charges on returns.

What if my order is wrong or damaged?

We do our best to package your items as well as possible and to be as thorough as we can. Unfortunately there are times when problems do occur, and items get damaged in shipping. All we ask is that you fill out the form on our RMA Request page to let us know and we will make sure your problem is solved. You will not pay for any additional charges even if you have to return the product to us. We want to make sure your order is right. Raelee's Creations insures all orders shipped for this reason. Incidental or consequential damages incurred for ANY reason including, but not limited to, compatibility, product defects, delays and or typographical errors.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Due to the new laws, Raelee's Creations does not hold any record of your credit cards as a Paypal Merchant we do everything possible to guarantee that every transaction you make at Raelee's Creations will be safe.
