Return Request Form

All returns require a Return Authorization Number(RAN) number. Return Authorization Numbers must be requested no later than 14 days from the date you received the product. After 14 days, all returns must be handled by the manufacturer or warranty provider.

Defective Returns will be exchanged for the same product only, we do not issue refunds on defective items. Unopened Non-Defective Returns will be credited for the purchase price of the item (shipping charges will not be refunded). You will not receive an Return Authorization Number for opened Non-Defective items. Returns without an issued Return Authorization Number will be refused and sent back to the customer. We recommend that you read through our full Return Policy before requesting an RAN, as RANs will only be issued for products meeting policy criteria.
