Frequently Asked Questions
Below you will find several frequently asked questions to help give you additional information regarding the hand woven baskets that we sell on our website.

How do I care for my basket?
Fading is a common problem for baskets along with bleaching if you keep it near windows with direct sunlight. Dirt and dust are also problems. Baskets will become brittle over time and large varying temperatures and humidity are also factors. Keep the baskets away from kitchen grease and grime. Baskets can also absorb odors from cigarettes, perfume and foods so take care to avoid these. The better the care you give your baskets, the longer they will last.

Where are your baskets made?
The baskets are made in a smoke free home studio in Michigan. Our baskets are hand woven collectible baskets and are not mass produced like the ones that come from overseas. Each basket is further described on the individual pages in the basket section.

What if I need to return my basket?
We would hope that you would not need to return your basket as the pictures & descriptions should give you a very good idea of what you are ordering before you place your order but if you need to return the basket, you will need to call first to get a return autorization. Returns are subject to a restocking fee and for baskets it would be a 15% fee and shipping fees are not refunded as they are service fees incurred by us.
